What kind of ingredients do you use in your skincare formulas?
Our skincare formulas use a blend of natural, nature-identical and synthetic ingredients. We choose each one carefully for safety, performance and compliance. You’ll always get clear ingredient information, so you can check exactly what’s in each product before you buy.
Can you place orders at any time?
Yes — you can place orders on our website 24/7. If you order after 5:00 pm, your order will be processed on the next working day, Monday to Friday.
What should you do if your order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier straight away to start a claim. You should also review our terms and conditions for the full process. As the damage was caused in transit, the courier will usually handle the compensation claim.
What happens if you want to return an item after changing your mind?
For hygiene reasons, you can return only unopened items in their original condition. If you need to return an unopened product, please contact us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order. Opened products, and items with broken seals or damaged packaging, can’t be returned.
