Do you offer international shipping for your products?
Currently, we only ship within the UK to maintain the freshness and quality of our handcrafted products. However, we are working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations. Stay updated for future announcements!
Do your products contain natural ingredients?
Our products are crafted using a combination of natural, naturally identical, and synthetic ingredients, all of which are clearly listed for your reference. Each ingredient is scientifically researched and used within permitted regulatory limits to ensure safety and effectiveness. Transparency is a core value, and we specify when products are natural or organic.
When are your operating hours?
Our website operates 24/7 for your convenience. Orders placed after 5 PM are processed the next business day, Monday through Friday.
How should I handle a damaged product upon delivery?
If your product arrives damaged, please report it directly to the courier for compensation, as we cannot accept liability for damages caused by third parties. By accepting the parcel, you agree to its 'as is' condition as per UK courier and business law. For further assistance, refer to our terms and conditions.
What is your return policy for Mia's Corner products?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the product or its packaging (including cellophane and security seals) has been opened. If you wish to return an unopened product, please notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order. Opened products will be charged as non-returnable.
