We are a general public, professional, wholesaler & manufacture of skincare products. Due to the nature of our goods and our commitment to product safety and hygiene, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on most items.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS;​

Non-Returnable Items

  • Any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Wholesale and whitelabel

  • Products purchased on sale or as part of a promotion

  • training courses

Returns:  under the consumer contracts regulations, you have the right to cancel an online order with a 14 day cooling off period starting the day you receive the product. you must inform us in writing. However, this right does not apply to skincare or cosmetics if the hygiene seal including security seals on outside packaging, has been broken, opened or the product has been used. You have no automatic right to return if you've changed your mind due to hygiene exceptions if the seals are broken. We can only accept returns from the original buyer. Refunds and returns under the value of £42 are exempt from the consumer regulations, and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstance. Customers are responsible for return costs.

You are expected to take reasonable care of the goods, and deductions can be lawfully made from your refund if the value of the goods are diminished by unnecessary opening or use beyond whats needed to inspect them. All products found to be opened, including: outer packaging, security seals, and hygiene protection seals, are exempt from refund under consumer law due to contamination risks​

Order Errors or Damages
If your order arrives incorrect, or incomplete, please notify us within 5 working days of delivery.
We may request the following:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Batch numbers and product labels (if applicable)

Once verified, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit at our discretion. Claims made after this timeframe may not be accepted.

Where losses or damages were not foreseeable by us, we cannot be held responsible. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by a third party including delivery couriers.  By taking delivery, you have accepted any loss or damages.

​Delivery 

The delivery times are estimates and subject to courier . specific timings.Delivery of goods will take place once goods have been delivered. You are responsible for the goods once delivered and the risk in goods passes to you once delivery has taken place. 
If tracking shows a parcel as delivered (including GPS/photo evidence where available), we consider the order fulfilled. Refunds or replacements are not offered unless there is clear evidence of courier error.

White label and wholesale items are custom-made and therefore non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they are defective due to a manufacturing error on our part.

Storage of Goods
Due to the sensitive and natural nature of many of our products, ingredients such as oils, butters, and creams must be stored in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight and in a temperature-controlled environment.

We cannot accept responsibility for products going rancid or deteriorating if they have been stored for more than 14 days after delivery. As we have no control over how goods are stored once received, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure appropriate storage conditions are maintained.

Packaging: we reserve the right to change our packaging at any given time.
