Due to the nature of the products being made to order we cannot always accept returns due to contamination risks. This applies to all orders purchased through the website & social media.

Returns: you must inform us within 14 days if you wish to return an item. Items must be in original packaging, unopened & unused. We have the right to refuse refund if items are found to be used or open or resealed. We have the right to take off a 25% measuring & restocking fee if unopened & unused products only. Returns are payable by the consumer.

Bespoke, wholesale or whitelabel cannot be returned or refunded as these are specifically made to order.

sale items: sale items cannot be returned, refunded or replaced under any circumstances. ​

Faulty packaging: faulty packaging must be reported in writing within 14 working days from purchase. Once acknowledged, Items must be returned within 6 months for inspection. If found to be used, no refund or replacement can be issued.

Replacements: Replacements are issued on a case by case basis

Packages containing airtags: failure to return the airtag in the pre paid envelope,within 7 days will result in charges at £35 per air tag to recover the costs.
