Due to the nature of the products being made to order we cannot always accept returns due to contamination risks. This applies to all orders purchased through the website & social media.

Returns: under the consumer contracts regulations, you have the right to cancel an online order with a 14 day cooling off period starting the day you receive the product. you must inform us in writing. However, this right does not apply to skincare or cosmetics if the hygiene seal including security seals on outside packaging, has been broken, opened or the product has been used. You have no automatic right to return if you've changed your mind due to hygiene exceptions if the seals are broken. We can only accept returns from the original buyer. Refunds and returns under the value of £42 are exempt from the consumer regulations, and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstance. Customers are responsible for return costs.

All branded and personalised items are exempt from the cooling off period.

Online courses: Online courses are exempt from the 14 day cooling off period due to instant access downloads.
And under consumer law cannot be cancelled, refunded or transferred to any other person.

You are expected to take reasonable care of the goods, and deductions can be lawfully made from your refund if the value of the goods are diminished by unnecessary opening or use beyond whats needed to inspect them.

Bespoke and white label orders are exempt from return and refund unless proved faulty, in which a replacement will be made.
all training courses are non refundable. All offers including training courses- this includes free courses with kit offers, cannot be refunded under any circumstance. ​​

Faulty packaging: faulty packaging must be reported in writing within 14 working days from purchase. Once acknowledged, Items must be returned within 6 months for inspection. If found to be used, opened or used the product is exempt from refund. A replacement can be issued.

Replacements: Replacements are issued on a case by case basis

Packages containing airtags: failure to return the airtag in the pre paid envelope,within 7 days will result in charges at £35 per air tag to recover the costs.
